Cotwolds Camping is a small quiet country site for 15 pitches (caravan, tent or motorhome) with views over the Evenlode valley of West Oxfordshire. It is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and Oxfordshire. Oxford is an easy train journey away, and Stratford-upon-Avon about 27 miles.

Grass pitches with electric hook-ups available, parking adjacent to pitch.

Open April to October, welcoming families, children and well behaved dogs on leads.

In Charlbury (under 1 mile) there are a number of shops including groceries, pharmacy, newsagents and pubs and also a mainline station with regular direct service to London, Oxford and Malvern. Two of the pubs have bar snacks and a dining room, and within 4 miles there are several choices for pub dining. Charlbury has a Takeaway Indian restaurant.

Out and About

Chipping Norton - shops, tea rooms, theatre/cinema, and leisure centre. (6 miles)

Woodstock - range of interesting shops, tea rooms, Oxfordshire Museum and Blenheim Palace. (6 miles)

Burford - picturesque large village with many unusual shops, a choice of pubs and tea rooms with the Cotswold Wildlife Park located just south. (9 miles)

Witney - a bigger market town — 7 miles, many shops, leisure centre and multi screen cinema.

There are outdoor swimming pools at Woodstock and Chipping Norton.

Within 25 miles — Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Moreton In Marsh, Lechlade, Broadway and Chipping Campden and many small delightful villages.

There are also a number of historic properties within 30 minutes — including Chastleton House, Buscot House, nr Faringdon, and Blenheim Palace in Woodstock.

A pitch is for caravan/motorhome/tent, includes 2 people, hot water showers etc.

Parties of over 6 people or tents bigger than 6m width/length will be charged for 2 pitches.

High Season (and Bank Holidays - min 3 night booking)

£18 per night/pitch - no hook-up
£22 per night/pitch - with hook- up

Low Season

£15 per night - no hook-up
£20 per night - with hook -up.

Additional campers

£2 per child, (over 5 & under 16) per night and
£4 additional adult per night.

High season (June, July and August)

£4 per child over 5, £6 per additional adult.

April to June and September to November

£100 per unit per week.

Minimum booking of 2 nights for July and August weekends, and 3 night minimum for all Bank Holiday weekends.

The owners reserve the right to charge for an additional pitch for extra large tents or gazebos/pup tents in high season.

Booking is essential, and a deposit of 50% of the price will confirm your booking.

The balance is due six weeks before arrival.

Pitches: Check-in time is 2:00pm - Departure is 11:00am unless by prior agreement.
