If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify use strait away with an email.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we do not give refunds, however we do give credit for alternative stays with us.

If a pod or our group field bookings are cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, we will not be able to give any credit back. 

Please check your dates carefully!

Our Cancellation

If we have to cancel for any reason before your holiday is due to start, you are entitled to a full refund of the money that you have paid. We recommend that you consider taking out separate insurance to cover any loss.
