Booking Changes
If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify use straight away with an email. If you’d like to be pitched together with friends or family please all book and ensure you’ve self allocated pitches together.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we DO NOT give refunds under any circumstances.
However we do give credit notes for alternative stays with us.
Please note, credit notes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for a year from issue.
If any on site accommodation or any camping pitch is cancelled with less than (7 full days) notice prior to arrival, we will not be able to issue a credit note.
Our group fields require 14 days (2 weeks) notice to cancel. Again we don’t offer refunds but a credit note for an alternative stay can be issued which will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please check your dates carefully!
Our Cancellation
If we have to cancel your holiday for reasons due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund of the money that you have paid. We recommend that you consider taking out separate insurance to cover any losses.
Admission
- Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.
Arrivals and departures
- If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Site map at reception using the walkie talkie or phone site number.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
- The check in times are strict, due to issues which arise from previous authorised early or late check ins, the campsite will no longer allow any check in outside of the advertised times.
Changes to your holiday
- Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival. Amendments include changing pitch type, adding electric, vehicles or extra people. This does not include date changes.
- Please ensure you have booked the correct pitch size for your tent, everything your bringing needs to fall within your pitch boundary. This includes the tent, guidelines, vehicles , table, chairs etc. We have advice on which pitch to book. (A 5x5 for two berth tents and below, a 7x7 for four berth tents and a 9x9 for five man tents and above) Due to the nature of the business if a pitch is booked incorrectly you will be charged a £25 admin fee, charged the appropriate pitch size rate but may not receive the extra space.
General
- Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
- In the event of a complaint linked directly to your camping experience, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
- The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of any guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable or unreasonable. No refunds will be offered. Please follow the directives of management when it comes to your pitch being allocated and/or the positioning of your tent or vehicle. sometimes due to flooding, damage, allocation issues or electrical faults we may need to change your pitch. We reserve the right to remove you from site if multiple rules have consistently been broken.
- We welcome all forms of honest reviews, you’re welcome to leave negative and positive balanced reviews. If you have a disagreement to any of the terms or conditions there is a zero tolerance approach towards review extortion or threats of credit card chargeback. Using the threat of leaving a negative review to circumnavigate the terms and conditions will result in your booking being terminated with no refunds.
- There is a zero tolerance approach to any abuse directed towards the staff either in person, in messages or phone calls. The staff are not here to engage in arguments or disagreements. If you have an issue with any staff or any of our terms and conditions then please use the email address to voice your concerns.
- The owners of this Caravan site accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to caravans or tents and their contents.
- We have a zero tolerance approach to dogs off leads and dogs being allowed to foul on the campsite without it being cleaned up immediately. Please carry dog poo bags with you and a lead and tether at all times. The shop sells dog poo bags and tethers.
- This is a family friendly campsite, we do not allow any drugs to be consumed on site, regardless of medical status.
